We will start the evening with Mille Bolle DOC Prosecco, served with bruschetta with homemade tarama caviar and shrimp salsa, which will stimulate all your senses.

Fresh white wine Gavi del commune de Gavi

We continue with a fresh Gavi del commune de Gavi white wine, which is perfectly complemented by sea bass fillet served on artichoke canapes and lemon velouté.

Cereya Langhe Rosato rosé and Podio Langhe Nebbiolo red wine

Rosé lovers will be delighted to try the Cereya Langhe Rosato paired with a classic Penne Pomidoro pasta.

We have also catered for red wine lovers with Podio Langhe Nebbiolo – a temptation served in the company of pieces of Iberico pork, crispy croquette with truffle and Cappuccino sauce.
